Our space at Fab Lab Armenia is more than just a workshop; it is a hub of experiential learning inspired by the pioneering work of MIT Professor Seymour Papert. We embrace Papert’s constructionist philosophy, where learning is an active process of creation and discovery. Through heads-in and hands-on projects, and tinkering with digital tools, children immerse themselves in a world where imagination knows no bounds.
Central to our approach is constructionism – the idea that the best learning happens when children are engaged in building something meaningful. Armed with digital fabrication tools and programming languages, they bring their ideas to life, from concept to prototype, honing critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
